How to: Use Shelf Position and Collect Location for Picked Items
When a basket has been picked, it can be stored at a Collect Location until the customer collects it. The Collect Location or Shelf Position can be entered to the Customer Order when the picking is confirmed.
You activate this functionality for individual stores by selecting the Use Shelf Position check box on the Store Card's Customer Order FastTab.
When a Customer Order is collected the Collect Location(s) is listed in the header of the POS Collect panel.
